Returns and Cancellations
GizFab accept returns on select fast moving products that are kept in stock. Products that are hand made to order are not returnable under any circumstance.
You must notify us of any returns before sending them.
If you intend on returning a fast moving product we keep in stock, The product must still be unopened within the sealing bag showing no signs of being opened.
Return shipping will be your responsibility and must be returned using a courier with tracking.
You have 30 days from receipt of delivery to return the item.
Pending a successful inspection of the returned package, any refund given will be Minus the Shipping Charged on the original order and a 10% charge to cover administration costs.
If the inspection is unsuccessful due to the packaging being opened or damage occurred in return transit, the package will help at our workshop and returned to you, at your cost.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed but the order has yet to be processed, There will be a 10% Charge up to a Maximum of £30 to cover the administration to both record the sale and record the refund as per our accounting requirements and any fees occurred from 3rd party payment processors.
If your order has begun to be processed at any stage, it will not be possible refund the order. If you wish for the remainder of the order to be processed, you may request the current progress to be shipped to you. The remaining difference will not be refunded.
If you wish to return or cancel your order, you must notify us via email from the email address the order was placed with. Requests from a different email address will not be accepted. Please include your order number in the email and a valid reason for the return or cancellation.
