Delivery

GizFab Specialise in Quality, hand made parts made to order, Orders can take anywhere from 1 day to 16 weeks to ship depending on the Stock, product ordered, the size of the order or how busy we are at the time.

Delivery will be made via courier for most orders, with domestic post used for a select amount of mailable items.

Tracking will be available in your order completion email. The courier may also email you directly and in some cases send delivery updates via email and test message depending on the destination country.

Customs

Any customs charges will be your responsibility. We advise you check tracking frequently once the order is shipped to check for any charges that require payment. In some instances, depending on the courier & Destination country. The courier may contact you directly via Email or Text message regarding any fees payable.

Failure to pay a customs fees may mean the package will be returned back to our workshop, the package will be held and an invoice will be sent to the email address when the order was placed for payment for shipping to re-ship the package to you.
