Returns and Cancellations

GizFab Return Policy

We accept returns for stocked items only. Products that are made to order cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Before sending a return, you must notify us. If you plan to return a fast-moving product, it must be in its original, sealed packaging and unopened.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. The return must be sent via a courier that provides tracking.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

Upon a successful inspection of the returned product, any refund will be less the original shipping cost, payment portal processing fees + £10 charge to cover administration, processing and restocking

If the inspection reveals that the item is damaged, or if the packaging has been opened, the return will be rejected. The package will be held at our workshop and returned to you at your cost.


Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed. It must be cancelled within 14 days. When paying with either PayPal or Stripe, We are charged a non refundable fee to process the payment. When cancelling your order these fees + £10 Admin charge will be deducted from any refund given.

After 14 days, If your order has begun to be processed at any stage, Including ordering of materials and components required for the order, it will not be possible refund the order. If you wish for the remainder of the order to be processed, you may request the current progress to be shipped to you. The remaining difference will not be refunded.

If you wish to return or cancel your order, you must notify us via email from the email address the order was placed with. Requests from a different email address will not be accepted. Please include your order number in the email and a valid reason for the return or cancellation.
