With original GIZMO styling components becoming increasingly difficult to find, these replica lips provide an opportunity to recreate the appearance of the original period styling without having to source a rare, decades-old component.

Manufactured from fibreglass and supplied in a white gel-coat finish, the lip is ready for preparation, trial fitting and painting before final installation.

⚠️ IMPORTANT – 2nd Facelift ONLY

This front lip is designed specifically for the Nissan Micra K11 2nd Facelift front bumper.

It is NOT designed as a direct fit for Pre-Facelift or 1st Facelift bumpers.

Please check which bumper is fitted to your vehicle before ordering, particularly on older K11s where bumpers may have been changed during the life of the vehicle.

⚠️ Preparation Required Before Painting & Installation

This is a fibreglass reproduction body component and is NOT supplied ready to paint or immediately fit to the vehicle.

Moderate preparation should be expected before final installation.

Typical preparation may include:

• Removing remaining mould-release wax or residue
• Sanding the gel-coat surface
• Removing minor moulding marks and surface blemishes
• Cutting the required opening for the factory towing hook
• Sanding and adjusting the mating faces
• Trial fitting and correcting the fit against the individual bumper
• Final surface preparation, priming and painting

Fibreglass components naturally have greater manufacturing and dimensional variation than injection-moulded OEM plastic components. Some fettling and adjustment during installation should therefore be considered a normal part of fitting a fibreglass reproduction component rather than a manufacturing defect.

We strongly recommend completely trial fitting the lip before carrying out any final paintwork.

WHITE Gel Coat Only

These front lips are supplied in WHITE gel coat ONLY.

The gel coat is part of the manufacturing process and should not be considered the final cosmetic finish.

Preparation, priming and painting will be required to achieve the desired finished appearance.

Alternative gel-coat colours are not available. Please do not request the lip to be manufactured or supplied in another colour.

Mounting

The front lip can be fitted using a suitable automotive panel-bonding adhesive or mechanically secured using appropriate:

• Brackets
• Screws
• Rivets

The final mounting method is at the discretion of the installer and should provide sufficient support for the intended use of the vehicle.

Adhesive, brackets, screws, rivets and other mounting hardware are NOT supplied.

Professional installation by somebody experienced with fibreglass body components is recommended.

12-Month Warranty*

This product is warranted to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from purchase.

Due to the nature of fibreglass reproduction components, minor surface imperfections, moulding marks and small dimensional variations which can be corrected during normal preparation and fitting are not considered manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation, modification, excessive cutting or sanding, physical impact, accident damage, incorrect preparation or painting, unsuitable adhesives or fasteners, or damage caused during bodywork preparation.

GIZMO is referenced solely to identify the style and heritage of the original component being reproduced. This product is a modern reproduction and is not represented as an original period GIZMO component.
